COSCO SHIPPING Oceania Ships Service Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING (Oceania) Pty Ltd. It is established in September 2016 after the merging and restructuring of Five Star Bulk Shipping Agency Pty Ltd, COSCO Oceania Marine Services Pty Ltd, and Bulk Agency Division of China Shipping (Australia) Agency Pty Ltd. 

Our company is based in Fremantle, Western Australia, and consists of two divisions: Agency Division and Safety & Technical Division. We’re the sole representative agency for noncontainer ships and marine technical services provider of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited in Oceania region. We also provide agency and technical services for other commercial 

vessels and public vessels. 

The Agency Division has 20 years experiences in non-container ship agency. Our team is highly experienced in providing a full range of agency services for dry bulk ships, general cargo ships, 

specialized ships, LNG carriers, tankers, and public vessels. Our coverage network include ports in Australia and extends New Zealand and the Pacific Islands via carefully selected and monitored sub-agencies.

The Safety & Technical Division provides Port State Control technical assistance to ships visiting Australian ports. Our team of professional superintendents have strong technical backgrounds 

and expertise to assist the ships to pass the PSC inspections smoothly. The division also provides services in ship repairs, technical supplies and spare parts logistics.
